Ship-ready analysis has three layers: what is known, what is assumed, and what must be verified before build. Mixing those layers is how handoffs collapse.
Use short sections with verbs in the headings — Confirm, Defer, Measure — so readers can scan for ownership. Attach evidence links, not screenshots buried in slides.
