Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026. This policy applies to Sitehavenhub tech analysis training, workshops, and coaching booked for delivery from our Ho Chi Minh City studio or online. It does not cover physical product sales or subscription software — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to fees you have paid for a confirmed seat, private workshop day, or coaching block after we issue a written confirmation. Informational prices on the website are not invoices.
Timeframe
Cancel or request a refund in writing to hello@sitehavenhub.click at least 7 full days before the scheduled start for open cohorts and coaching blocks, or at least 14 full days before the first day of a private team run.
Full and partial refunds
Cancellations inside the timeframe above receive a full refund of training fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation. Cancellations after the deadline receive a 50% refund if no session day has started, or no refund once facilitation has begun for that booking.
Non-refundable items
Non-refundable when listed on your confirmation: deposits securing private studio days, third-party venue holds arranged at your request, and custom printed participant packs already produced.
Process
Email the booking reference, participant names, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days and state the refund amount before processing.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by your institution.
Cancellation by Sitehavenhub
If we cancel a cohort for facilitator illness or insufficient enrollment, you may transfer to the next date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that booking.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested before the cancellation deadline and subject to seat availability. Later reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the partial-refund rules.
Deposits
Private runs may require a deposit to hold dates. Deposit terms appear in the confirmation email; unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable after the private-run deadline above.
No-shows
Participants who miss a live session without prior notice are not entitled to a refund for that day. Materials from that day may still be shared at our discretion.
Work already started
For coaching blocks, once the first 90-minute session has occurred, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused remaining sessions may be partially refunded at 50% if cancelled before the next booked slot.
Purchased materials
Digital templates included with enrollment remain available after cancellation only if the fee for that enrollment is not refunded. We do not reclaim access when a refund is declined for completed work.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or force majeure may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial refund outside the standard windows; decisions are case-by-case and confirmed in writing.
